Staff can receive LAUSD tech support from the Instructional Technical Division (ITD) Help Desk at 213-241-5200 or by visiting their web site at techsupport.lausd.net. Our school Site Code is 8255. If you are having problems with a particular piece of equipment, have the model and serial numbers of the unit ready when you call. You can report problems to ITD from the Internet using the ITD Self-Service System. This system now works from both on and off campus.
If you believe you are having a problem with a computer virus, visit the LAUSD Virus Information page. If you wish to download a copy of Semantic Anti-Virus (for Windows or Mac) visit the LAUSD Self-Support page. This software is licensed for home as well as school use, provided you're an LAUSD employee. However, the software is behind the LAUSD Firewall, so you will need to download the installer at school, and then take it home to install.

Users of Apple equipment can receive free technical support for Apple products from Apple Educators Support at (800) 800-APPLE (have the serial number of your Apple computer ready) or by visiting lausd.apple.com.
